Make your body happy while you eat and set yourself up for good digestion. Our eating experience is just as important as what we are eating!

Always sit down to eat. No TV, computer or even reading material (and don't eat while you are driving!).

Sitting down has huge benefits. Standing or walking requires much more energy for digestion.
